Delphine Jubillar: end of the investigation
After more than two years of investigation, the case of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, which occurred in December 2020, reached a decisive turning point with the closure of the investigation. Her husband, Cédric, is charged with aggravated murder, but the young nurse’s body remains unfound, leaving the circumstances of her disappearance shrouded in mystery.
The investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar is now complete.
The information revealed by Le Parisien was confirmed by Cédric Jubillar’s lawyer, Me Alexandre Martin, who was notified of the end of the judicial investigation on Friday October 13 in the afternoon: “Each of the parties has “a period of one month to possibly request new acts. At the end, the file will be transmitted to the prosecutor who will have to take requisitions.”
The 33-year-old nurse has been missing since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn department. Nearly three years after his disappearance, his body has not been found.
Delphine’s husband, Cédric, is the only suspect in this case which made the headlines. Suspicions led to his indictment for aggravated murder. Cédric Jubillar has been in pre-trial detention since June 2021
