It is forbidden for a fasting person to look at others with wrong eyes or to have wrong thoughts in his mind. If they do this, then it is not a fast, it is just fasting.

There is also a rule for the one who is fasting that husband and wife should avoid making mutual relations during fasting.

In the evening, at the time of sunset i.e. at the time of Maghrib azaan, the fasting people have to break the fast. Along with this, it is necessary to offer Namaz 5 times in the entire month of Ramadan.

Qur’an and fasting recommend at the time of reckoning

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, fasting on the day of reckoning is recommended to Allah, O Lord, I stopped this man from eating, drinking and all his other desires during the day.

Please accept my recommendation in its favor. Similarly, Quran also recommends to Allah that, O Lord, I had stopped this man from sleeping at night, now you accept my recommendation in his favor. By the recommendation of Quran and fasting, the person will get the mercy of Allah.

Fasting will make it easier to enter Jannah

Rasool Sallallallahu Alaihi Wasallam has said that, there are eight doors in Jannah, but one of them is especially for Rojedars.

Fasting does not mean only those who are hungry and thirsty. Fasting means those people, who have fasted in their life obeying the order of Allah, protecting themselves from all evils, they must have kept maximum fasts, they will easily get admission in Jannat through that way.
