Reserve Bank of India has today released the notification for Assistant Recruitment, 2023. The application process has started and candidates can apply for it till October 4 on the official website – Opportunities.rbi.org.in. The aim of this recruitment drive of RBI is to fill a total of 450 vacant posts of Assistant.
RBI Assistant 2023: Age Range
The age of the applicant should not be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as on 1st September i.e. candidates who were born not earlier than 2nd September 1995 and not later than 1st September 2003 can apply for these posts. . Reserved category candidates have relaxation in upper age limit.
Eligibility
Before applying, it is very important to keep in mind that only that candidate can apply for this recruitment, who is a citizen of India, or a citizen of Nepal, Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962. Came to India.
A person of Indian origin who has come from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India can also apply. . However, in case of such candidates, eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India will be required.
Minimum educational qualification
To apply, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree by September 1, 2023. In case of SC, ST and PWD candidates, there is no requirement of minimum marks but graduation degree in passing class is required.
The minimum requirement for Ex-Servicemen is graduation or matriculation or its equivalent examination and at least 15 years of defense service.
Candidates applying for a post in a particular recruitment office must be proficient in that language. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the language of the state covered by the recruitment office.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The online preliminary exam for RBI Assistant recruitment is scheduled to be held on October 21 and 23 and the main exam is likely to be held on December 2.
